• These instructions are applicable to high school staff, due to the many reservable spaces in the high school and the more frequent use/sharing of spaces.
• All other locations should make reservation requests through their school office staff.

Go to https://shakopee.reg.eleyo.com/. 

Press the sign in button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. From here you will be prompted to create an account. *Please make sure you use your shakopee.k12.mn.us email address for your account*

Once your account has been created, please fill out this google form to let us know of your account completion so we can add you to the proper district building.

After we have confirmed your information is correct, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that you are able to submit facility requests for Shakopee district spaces along with instructions on how to do so.
