FAQ

How do I clear ClassLink app browser cache?

Not related to Safari cache 

The ClassLink app keeps its own web data, separate from Safari, so clearing Safari's cache or restarting the iPad doesn't affect it. 

 
  1. Force-quit and relaunch the app: Only partial. It clears some session cookies and the Opened Apps history. Cookies and cached data for the apps opened inside ClassLink are kept.
  2. Sign out of the ClassLink app (recommended): Clears everything. This includes the in-app browser's cookies, cache, local storage and session data, saved credentials, local app data, and Google/Microsoft sign-in sessions.
     
  1. Delete and reinstall the app: Clears everything.
